This covers the website, apps, bot reviews, process scores, daily check-in messages, help articles, daily quotes, inspiration feed and emails. ZanshinTraders is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner.
Zanshin is not a broker, not an investment adviser and not a signals service. We do not hold your money, place trades, connect to your brokerage account, or tell you what or when to trade.
You alone are responsible for your trading decisions. Speak to a qualified, licensed professional before making financial decisions.
2. The bots are automated pattern checks
The bot council (Trend bot, Structure bot, FVG bot, Liquidity bot, Timing bot, Risk bot and Hindsight bot) consists of automated rules that analyse the pixels of a screenshot you upload. They do not have access to market data feeds, and they do not understand context the way a person does.
- They can and do misread charts. They may detect candles, levels, trends, gaps or your entry, stop and target incorrectly, especially with non-standard chart styles, cluttered images or low resolution.
- Their verdicts and the process score describe how a trade you have already taken matches a set of rules. They are not predictions and not trade signals.
- A high process score does not mean a trade was right to take, and a low one does not mean it was wrong.
3. Performance stats and insights are historical
Process scores, win rates, P&L totals, the calendar, Performance Insights and the weekly review email are calculated only from what you log and from the bots' reading of your screenshots. They are historical, and they are only as accurate as the information you enter. They may be incomplete or wrong if trades are missing, mistyped or misread. They describe the past. They are not forecasts, and they do not recommend any setup, instrument or strategy.
The bots, insights, daily check-in messages and the weekly review are educational tools for reflecting on your own decisions.
4. Trading involves substantial risk
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. Leveraged products such as futures, options, CFDs and forex can lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
5. Past performance
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Your own journal history, process scores, win rates, P&L figures, examples on our website, and anything shared by other users or podcast guests are no guarantee of future results, whether those results were earned or lucky.
6. Community, testimonials and third-party content
Opinions, trade ideas, charts and comments posted by members in the private Zanshin Discord community are the views of those members, not advice, and are not endorsed by ZanshinTraders. This includes posts by moderators unless they are clearly marked as official announcements. Do your own research. Do not pay anyone for "signals" because you met them in the community.
Testimonials and user stories on our website or in marketing describe individual experiences. They are not typical results, and they are not advice. Others' results do not mean you will get similar results.
Podcast episodes in the inspiration feed and quotes from Wikiquote are third-party content. They are provided for motivation and education only, and we do not verify or endorse what they say.

They do not tell you to buy or sell, they can be wrong, and how they behaved in the past says nothing certain about the future. Never trade money you can't afford to lose because of an indicator, a bot review, a quote, a podcast or anything else in Zanshin.
